BESSEY offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in material and workmanship on select products.
The warranty does not cover:

  • Abuse or misuse of the tool

  • Modifications or alterations to the tool

  • Use of the tool for purposes or applications for which it was not designed

  • Normal wear and tear

How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If your product is still within the retailer's return period, please contact the retailer where you purchased the product and follow their return process.

If you are unable to return the product through the original retailer, please complete our online Warranty Claim form.

Please note: Submission of a warranty claim does not guarantee that the claim will be approved. A full evaluation may be required, which may include shipping the product to BESSEY at the customer's expense.

BESSEY reserves the right to deny a warranty claim or, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund an approved warranty claim.
