Question: Where can I buy your products in Canada and the USA?
Answer: BESSEY® Tools sells products to the marketplace through distributors. In the top left corner of the Bessey Tools website is a section called "BESSEY Distributors". That will give you a comprehensive listing of distributors by country, city or state. If you do not see one that meets your needs then please contact us for more information.

Question: Does BESSEY® offer promotions?
Answer: BESSEY® offers regular quarterly promotions. You can reach BESSEY® Tools through the "Contact Us" section of the website or view the "Current Offers" section of the website for an immediate download of a PDF file to see these offers.

Question: Where do I find information on BESSEY® products?
Answer: Please go the "Products" section of the website. This section has several layers of information to assist you to find just what you are looking for. As an additional resource, you can see if there is a specific sales sheet for the product you are looking for in the "Download" section of the website.

Question: Where can I buy your products in other countries?

Question: How can I return a part or a product for credit or warranty?
Answer: Please see our "Customer Support" section of the website for more detailed information.

Question: Where can I buy replacement parts?
Answer: BESSEY® Tools Replacement parts can be purchased directly from Bessey distributors (see also "Bessey Distributors" section) or by contacting Bessey Tools at for more information on what specific product parts are required. Make sure to check for availability. Not all distributors carry all products and product parts.

Question: How can I become a distributor of your products?
Answer: BESSEY® Tools only sells through distributors. If you are interested in becoming a BESSEY® distributor then please contact our offices (see the "Contact Us" section of the website) and indicate that you would like to set up a new account. After that there will be a credit application and, a Sales Manager may contact you for more information.

Question: Where do I submit new ideas for products?
Answer: There is a special section on the BESSEY® Tools website that allows you to provide us information on your product or idea. Please see "Inventors" on the main website at the bottom of the page.

Question: Where do I find what the warranty policy is for BESSEY® products?
